This one day conference focuses on the key issues relevant to the management of public sector CCTV in 2006. 

The key theme will be the differing needs of crime and disorder and traffic enforcement CCTV systems and the benefits of integrating systems. The benefits have been highlighted by the recent use of both transport and city centre systems by the metropolitan police.


The conference will look at the implications for management including issues around training, SIA licensing, regional camera sharing protocols, responsibilities, funding and the legislative framework. The conference will also provide a management overview of the technical challenges to joined-up monitoring.
