An e-Government Conference

DELIVERING E-GOVERNMENT IN 2005
Implementing Priority Outcomes, Engaging Citizens
& Driving Out Efficiency Savings
Supported by The ODPM Local e-Government Unit

Friday 1st July 2005
Local Government House, Central London

This important conference marks the mid term point of the final year of the local e-government programme. The 2005 local e-government policy agenda is clearly about delivery against the December targets for e-enablement and priority outcomes. However, it also needs to recognise the key contribution of e-government investment in helping to meet the target for efficiency gains in local government of 2.5% per annum up to 2007/08.
