Conference fees include all day access to the conference together with a full conference pack, buffet lunch and refreshments. The fee also includes the availability of electronic versions of presentations to be sent after the conference (please note this may not include all presentations due to legal and data protection reasons). Fees do not include travel costs or accommodation.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be reserved at the conference venue. The Royal York Hotel is a 4 star hotel adjacent to York railway station, with car parking for 70 cars offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for parking is £6.00 per day or £10.00 for 24 hours. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and health suite offered on a complimentary basis to guests. Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to reserve accommodation. The charge is £98.00 (excluding VAT). Breakfast is included in this charge. Note: All rooms listed below are single occupancy if you require double occupancy please contact the conference organisers.

Conference Dinner
The optional drinks reception followed by the conference dinner will cost £29.95 (excluding VAT) and comprises wine and soft drinks at the reception followed by a three course meal (with vegetarian option), a choice of one soft drink or a glass of wine, followed by coffee.

Conference Pack Only
If you are unable to attend the conference you may wish to purchase conference papers which will be sent after the event. The conference pack will include all available papers and copies of presentation slides, speaker’s biographies and any additional material given to delegates.
