The aims of the conference are:

  • To map out the terrain in which crime and disorder reduction will operate in 2011 and beyond.

  • To consider how effectively the partnership agenda for community safety might be improved to enable local communities to be more involved in the development and delivery of services.

  • To look at the new approaches for tackling anti social behaviour and breaking the cycle of reoffending can be implemented.
